Payment Methods: Users (both Buyers and Sellers) must not offer or accept payments outside of https://marketplace.funnelbuilder.com. All transactions must be completed through the Funnel Builder Marketplace platform.

Rights to Published Work: Funnel Builder Marketplace reserves the right to use published work delivered via the platform for its own marketing and promotional purposes, consistent with our Terms of Service.

2. Seller Service Listing Guidelines
When creating a service listing on Funnel Builder Marketplace, Sellers must:

Respect Intellectual Property:

Avoid using any copyrighted material, including names, likenesses, or other protected indicia, without express permission from the rightful owner.

Original Work:

Do not copy or duplicate another individual’s or business’s work and present it as your own.

Accuracy and Expertise:

Listings must be truthful and accurately describe the product or service offered, including your level of expertise.

No Misrepresentation:

You must not claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing Funnel Builder.

You may not target other users or attempt to mislead them about your relationship with Funnel Builder Marketplace.

No External Contact Info:

Listings must not include links, websites, email addresses, phone numbers, Skype IDs, or any other form of contact outside the Funnel Builder Marketplace platform that encourages users to bypass our platform.

3. Prohibited Content
All users (Buyers and Sellers) must not post or promote the following on the Funnel Builder Marketplace platform:

False or Misleading Information:

Any content containing unsubstantiated claims or intentionally deceptive information.

Fake or Purchased Reviews:

No falsified reviews, endorsements, or testimonials.

All reviews must come from verified users with legitimate purchasing or service experiences.

Offensive or Illegal Material:

Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content.

Content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.

Graphically violent content or content soliciting unlawful behavior.

Activities or methods contrary to local, state, provincial, federal, or international laws.

Violations of Third-Party Terms:

Any content or activity that may violate another network’s or platform’s Terms of Service.

Violations of Funnel Builder Marketplace’s Terms:

Any other behavior or content contrary to Funnel Builder Marketplace’s Terms of Service or these Guidelines.

4. Enforcement
Funnel Builder Marketplace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete, alter, edit, reject, or remove any listing or content that does not comply with these Guidelines or meet our standards. Violating these Guidelines may result in:

Removal of content or listings.

Account suspension or termination.

Potential legal action if the violation involves illegal or infringing activities.
